Web Kiosk Privacy Policy

NextGen Concepts (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Web Kiosk iPad application handles information.
Information Stored by the App
Web Kiosk stores the following information locally on the iPad:
- The website address configured by an administrator
- An administrator PIN used to protect access to the app’s settings
The administrator PIN is stored securely using the Apple Keychain. This information is not transmitted to NextGen Concepts by the native app.
Information Collected by the App
The native Web Kiosk app does not:
- Create user accounts
- Collect names, email addresses, or contact information
- Collect location information
- Use advertising or analytics services
- Track users across apps or websites
- Sell or share personal information
Website Content
Web Kiosk displays a website selected by the device administrator. That website may use cookies, analytics, authentication, forms, or other technologies and may collect information submitted by its users.
Information collected by the displayed website is governed by that website’s privacy policy and practices. Device administrators should configure Web Kiosk only with websites they trust and are authorized to display.
Data Retention and Deletion
The configured website address and administrator PIN remain on the iPad until they are changed or the app is removed. Removing the app deletes its locally stored application data.
For requests involving information submitted through the displayed website, please contact the website operator or use the privacy controls provided by that website.
Children’s Privacy
Web Kiosk is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including the Apple Keychain, to protect information stored by the app. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or our privacy practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
